This idea came from a few inspirations. When I was a kid, I wanted to be an astronaut. Needless to say, that didn’t happen, but I do still have a fascination with the cosmos. I’m also a bit of a cinephile. Can you guess where the title for this beer came from?

Between the Buried and Me, or BTBAM for short, is one of my favorite bands. This piece is inspired by a few connecting items. The colorful erratic lines are an homage to their album titled Colors. The text comes from the closing line of “The Grid” off the Atomata II LP. These lyrics struck a chord when the band performed this album live on Twitter at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
